Diocese Celebrates World Youth Day

Pilgrims from across the Diocese of Meath gather with young people from all over the world with Pope Francis. Earlier this week, they celebrated Mass with Bishop Deenihan in Lisbon.

As the week draws to a close, pilgrims prepare to make their 10km pilgrimage walk to Tejo-Trancao Park for the Vigil and Missioning Mass in Campo da Graca. The Vigil is one of the Events with the Holy Father where pilgrims will join in Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, prayer, and testimonies. and we can pray together. The Missioning Mass is a celebration presided over by the Holy Father to conclude World Youth Day (WYD) Lisbon 2023.
