Summer Life 2023

The Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal recently hosted 'Summer Life 2023', a fun, faith-based, summer camp for children from across the Diocese. Linking with the Year of Vocations to the Diocesan Priesthood, some of the activities focused on the gift of the priesthood, fostering a sense of admiration and gratitude for our priests, and an openness to the call to the priesthood. Daily, the children participated in prayer, art, crafts, music, games, drama, day-trips, and group activities.
Our thanks to the Franciscan Sisters of the Renewal, Drogheda, their volunteers, the children, and all who supported the initiative.
