Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock

A Journey in Hope

Meath Diocesan Pilgrimage to Knock

The Meath Diocesan pilgrimage to Knock will take place on Sunday 14th August.

The National Novena to Our Lady of Knock offers nine days of reflection and prayer and a chance to reconnect with your faith in the unique and sacred space of Knock Shrine.

Bishop Deenihan will lead the pilrimage and opens the National Novena reflecting on the theme: 'What is Christian Hope?'

The Anointing of the Sick takes place in the Basilica at 2.30pm, followed by Mass at 3.00pm. The Rosary procession will follow outside on the grounds of the Shrine, weather permitting.

Pilgrimage Director: Fr. Martin Halpin. (046) 9739015

A unique feature of this year's Novena will be the 'Synod Tent', where visitors are invited to learn more about the Synod with dailys sessions beginning at 12 noon. For more information, please visit Knock Shrine on: www.knockshrine.ie
